Refund Policy

• Custom Jewelry: Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, all sales are final. However, if you cancel the order before the manufacturing process begins, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the deposit, depending on the work already completed. Refunds are granted at the discretion of QJ Jewelry.

• Standard Jewelry (chains): For non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
