QJ Jewelry Terms of Service and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to QJ Jewelry. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website, products, and services. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by QJ Jewelry. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options.

  • For custom jewelry orders, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to begin the design process. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the jewelry.

 

3. Custom Jewelry Process

  • The design process begins once the deposit is received. You will receive a 3D mold or CAD design for approval within 7 days.

  • After approving the design, an additional 25% deposit is required to proceed with the manufacturing process.

  • The final 50% balance must be paid before the jewelry is shipped or available for pickup. We will keep you updated with images throughout the process.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Items are made to order and will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order is placed.

  • We offer shipping options both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

5. Refund Policy

  • Custom Jewelry: Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, all sales are final. However, if you cancel the order before the manufacturing process begins, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the deposit, depending on the work already completed. Refunds are granted at the discretion of QJ Jewelry.

  • Standard Jewelry: For non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

6. Repairs and Warranty

  • We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewelry requires repairs within 90 days of purchase, we will provide repair services free of charge, excluding damages resulting from improper care, breaks, or any alterations made by the client.

  • Repairs needed beyond 90 days or due to accidental damage, improper care, or wear and tear may incur additional costs.

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

 

7. Privacy Policy

  • QJ Jewelry respects your privacy. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide our services and fulfill your orders. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

8. Changes to Terms of Service

  • QJ Jewelry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
